How to book a parking space?

Select the parking dates in the reservation form calendar and click “Check availability.”
Please note that:

Reservations must be made at least 1 hour before the planned entry time, meaning there must be a minimum of 60 minutes between the booking time and the start of the reservation.

You can reserve a parking space for a period of up to 1 month, i.e., the time between the start and end dates of the reservation must not exceed one month.

The minimum reservation period is 24 hours, i.e., the time between the start and end dates must be at least 24 hours.

Select a parking product by clicking “Choose product” on the product card to proceed.

If no parking options appear, make sure the criteria from step 1 have been met.

If no spaces are available, a message will be displayed. In that case, try adjusting your search dates.

Fill in the reservation form.

Provide your name and email address — the reservation confirmation will be sent to this address.

Enter the vehicle registration number for which you are booking the parking space.

Confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

If you have a promotional code, enter it in the “Promo code” field and click “Add.” The discount will be applied automatically.

Make the payment.

Confirm that the information entered in the form is correct and proceed to payment.

Choose one of the available payment methods: credit/debit card, online transfer, BLIK, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the reservation system where a confirmation screen will be displayed.

Reservation confirmation.

The reservation confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address provided in the reservation form after the transaction is completed.

If you do not receive the confirmation, first check your SPAM folder.
How to change the vehicle registration number or other reservation details?
Open the reservation confirmation email. Find and click the “Manage my reservation” link in the message. You will be redirected to the reservation system, where — after verifying your email address and reservation number — you’ll be able to modify your reservation, including the vehicle registration number.
How to get an invoice?
You can request an invoice by contacting us at: ksiegowosc@apcoa.pl
Please send us the necessary details for invoice issuance:

For individuals: full name, PESEL or tax ID (NIP), and address.

For companies: company name, address, and tax ID (NIP).
